Do you suffer from the following?
Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Prolapse refers to a ‘drop’ of any of the pelvic organs from their regular position due to the lack of support from the pelvic floor muscles. The pelvic floor organs affected could be:
- Bladder
- Uterus
- Bladder
- Vagina
- Small bowel
- Rectum
Incontinence
Incontinence is the experience of bladder uncontrollability. It is the loss of bladder control that’s commonly seen in older adults and women who have experienced giving birth or menopause. Other reasons that could also result in this condition may be due to urinary tract infections (UTIs), pelvic floor disorders and an enlarged prostate.
Diastasis Recti
Diastasis recti refers to the partial or complete separation of the rectus abdominis, or “six-pack” muscles, which meet at the midline of the stomach. It is very common during and following pregnancy. This is because the uterus stretches the muscles in the abdomen to accommodate the growing baby. One study found that up to 60 percent of women may experience diastasis recti during pregnancy or postpartum. About 40% of those who have diastasis recti still have it by six months postpartum.

Skin Laxity
Skin Laxity is the process when the skin loses its natural elasticity. During this process, the skin loses collagen and elastin, which are the skin’s main structural protein components.

Vaginal Atrophy
Vaginal Atrophy, also known as atrophic vaginitis, is the process where the walls of the vagina get drier and thinner over time.
