About Gem Kids Schoolhouse
Gem Kids (GK) schoolhouse provides a stimulating learning program for kids aged from 18months to 6 years in a safe, warm, nurturing and homelike environment!
We focus ourselves on developing, caring and healthy growing children with our Integrated International Curriculum. We provide opportunity and guide our children to grow in curiosity, initiative, independence and learn social skills to cooperate.
At GK schoolhouse, our children are encouraged to explore the world on their own, lead and participate in small group projects, and join in big groups for stories, discussions, music, arts and outdoor plays.
Our teachers offer individualized response, activities and play materials tailored according to children’s progression, unique talents and abilities.

Child-Initiated Integrated Curriculums
In Gem Kids Schoolhouse, we offer United States (US) Integrated International Curriculum to cultivate independent learning and child-initiated activities that enhanced critical thinking, creativity, and perseverance in our students. We strive to instill an enthusiasm for learning, skills in collaboration and the confidence to engage in a fast-changing world.
Through child-initiated activities, children explore, become curious, motivated and develop the drive to cultivate independent learning. The activities are sparked by experiences, observations or interests which gives children the ownership of their learning under proper guidance from the educator. Examples could be:
1. The class activity is led or chosen by children instead of teacher.
2. We design games which starts from what children are interested in
3. We encourage children to communicate in the activity settings.
