Prawn is rich in magnesium. Magnesium cna help to regulate activities of heart and cholesterol level in blood. This can help to prevent high blood pressure. High blood pressure can lead to many complications during pregnancy.


Lastly, prawn is rich in protein and calcium which are beneficial for the healthy development of the growing fetus.
