It is not suitable for your baby to eat mussel at this age.

Mussel is not easy to digest and can therefore cause discomfort in the stomach.

Furthermore, some babies may show allergic reaction to sea mussel.

Moreover, there is presence of parasites in mussel which can also cause problems to your child's health.

Lastly, there is aslo a small amount of mercury found in mussel. Mercury is very harmful to the healthy development of the baby.
