
Ingredients:
1. Half an red apple (100 gram)
2. Half a cup of water (100ml)
Cooking Method and Preparation:
1. Peel, dice and core apples.
2. Place in a saucepan with water.
3. Cover and cook over a low heat until it become very tender (about 8 minutes).
4. Remove from heat and let cool.
5. Either in a food processor or with a hand blender, puree the apples until no chunks remain.
