Singapore’s first Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA) and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
Ms. Tracy Yang is Mulberry Learning’s very own in-house Behaviour Expert. She supports our early childhood educators to equip them with the relevant knowledge and skills to manage and encourage positive behaviours in children.
By equipping teachers with the relevant skills, knowledge, and know-hows, we believe that they will better understand why children react the way they do. We will also see fewer instances of meltdowns in the classroom.
Ms Yang holds a Master in Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and is both a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Singapore’s first Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA). She has experience working in multidisciplinary settings with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists alongside teachers and parents to help children cope with their behaviours in a holistic manner. Since 2015, she has worked with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in United Kingdom, Dubai and Singapore and has provided numerous training sessions to teachers, parents and therapists.
Mulberry Learning’s Educators
The driving force behind Mulberry Learning’s award-winning curriculum is our preschool Teachers and Principals!
At Mulberry Learning, we believe that our educators play an important role in a child’s learning and development. Teachers nurture, inspire, care and guide children to achieve their growth milestones. To provide the best possible care and learning experience for your child, we carefully select qualified educators who are passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic about early childhood education. Our educators undergo continual training to keep abreast of latest curriculum trends and child pedagogies, so as to meet our high standards.

Voices of Mulberry Parents
Shauna not only enjoys the company of her Teachers and classmates, she also enjoys the big ‘kor-kor & ‘jie-jies’ from the other classes that she gets to meet and learn from every day. The library visits really excites her. She remembers the names of all her Teachers and classmates and will always mention them even over the weekends at home. We see tremendous improvement in her fear to shower too. However, the most pleasing thing to us is that she managed to cut down her reliance of her pillow (chou chou) through the teachers’ patience and encouragement. The outside classroom learning is also very interesting and the school keeps us updated with Shauna’s learning with weekly photos and curriculum emails so that we can also reinforce the things she has learned in school. We will recommend friends to enrol their child in this centre as we have seen the commitment of the teachers and its enriching programmes. - Sharon (Shauna's Mummy)
The teachers are wonderful. Teacher Cherry is very patient and Xin Lao Shi, the Chinese teacher, is ever so helpful and wise in handling children. Zhang Lao Shi is very lovely too. Mrs. May, the Principal, is very supportive of the children and her teachers. I heard one of my sons commented that Mrs. May is a very kind lady. The school is fun-filled, purposeful and aims to fulfil the needs of every child. - Quek Siew Kee (Francisco Garcia's Mummy)
