It is beneficial for your child to eat cashew nut. However, you need to introduce this food gradually to your child to ensure he or she does not show allergic reaction to cashew nuts.


Cashew nuts are rich in calcium which is important for the healthy development of the bone. This is really beneficial for children who are growing very fast at this age.


Cashew nuts are also rich in iron which is important for red blood cell formation. Again, this is very beneficial as children at this age grow very fast and having sufficient iron in the diet is a must.

You may need to crush the cashew nuts for your child as it may be too difficult for consume it.
