It is healthy for your baby to eat spinach in moderation.


Spinach is rich in vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, folate, niacin, potassium, phosphorus, selenium which are beneficial for the healthy development of the baby.


However, spinach contains hte oxalic acid, phytic acid and polyphenols. These will prevent the body from absorbing calcium and iron which are important for the growht of the babies.


Lastly, you should cooked or blanch the spinach. This is because spinach can be easily contaminated by bacteria.
