1.Author must not submit work which is unlawful or infringes anyone else’s rights or in any way which is abusive, defamatory or obscene or which harasses or distresses anyone or restricts or inhibits their use and enjoyment of the site or otherwise damages our reputation to transmit software viruses or code designed to interrupt, destroy or compromise the integrity of computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment. Author must not submit work that is for commercial purpose.

2.The author grants to BABYMENT PTE.LTD. right to edit the articles submitted without prior notice.

3.The work submitted must not have more than 1 internal links.

4. The work submitted must not contain many grammar errors or expression errors.

4. The author must ensure, with due diligence, that information stated in the work is true to their best knowledge.

5.The author grants to BABYMENT PTE.LTD. the non-exclusive, worldwide rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, promote, store and transmit the work submitted in digital form which includes, but not limited to any and all electronic application such as Apple and Android application, as determined at the sole discretion of BABYMENT PTE.LTD. .

You agree that all information submitted by you to the website is non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree not to submit any information or materials which are or may be offensive, illegal or which may not be lawfully disseminated under the laws of Singapore.

6.The author needs to ensure that he or she owns the copyright of the work submitted and the author will be held responsible for any copyright infringement if the work submitted infringe the copyright of any other third party.

7.BABYMENT PTE.LTD. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice at any time.

8. BABYMENT PTE.LTD. will disqualify the author if the author submit three articles of low quality consecutively.
