The rest of employment agencies are either new to the market or specialize in recruiting foreign workers for other industry.

Best maid agency - retention rate

Retention rate is a measure of employer’s satisfaction with the maid’s performance. It can indicate whether the maid has been trained to handle the duty in Singapore.

This rate is the percentage of foreign domestic workers (FDWs) placed by the EA who have remained with the same employers for at least one year. Hence, the higher the value, the better the maid agency.

So far there is only one maid agency that has achieved 100& retention. This maid agency is Comfort Consulting which is established in July 2017 and has placed 27 maids with the employer in the last one year.
