2026 Museum Roundtable Lunar New Year Hongbao Campaign

Now in its 12th edition, the 2026 Museum Roundtable (MR) Lunar New Year Hongbao Campaign returns with new red packet designs based on the Zodiac Year of the Horse!
From 23 January to 15 February 2026, visitors will be able to collect a set of unique red packet designs at 49 participating museums, heritage institutions and galleries, while stocks last. Each set will contain six (6) pieces of red packets, themed respectively to the 49 participating museums.
This year's campaign also features Hongbao Hunt, a gamified experience for the public to experience at six participating NHB museums and institutions. Players will need to sign in via https://games.nhb.gov.sg/hongbao-hunt, solve a riddle to locate a particular artefact within the respective museum, and then scan the artefact to obtain a unique QR code, which can then be used to redeem their red packets at the designated vending machine.
