Safe to Eat Apple

Is it safe to eat Apple during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

Trying to conceive

It is healthy to eat apple while couples are trying to conceive.

Apple is very nutritious and is rich in many vitamins and minerals which are very beneficial to couples who are trying to conceive.

Apple is rich in zinc. Zinc helps to improve sperm count and sperm motility - both are important for successful conception.

During Pregnancy

It is suitable for pregnant women to have apple during pregnancy.
