Safe to Eat Avocados

Is it safe to eat Avocados during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

Trying to conceive

It is beneficial for couples to eat avocado while trying to conceive.

Folate, or usually called folic acid, can be found in avocado. This vitamin helps to prevent birth defects in newborns like spina bifida and is a must-have for women who are trying to get pregnant.

Furthermore, avocado is a good source of zinc. Zinc is found in large amounts in semen which can help to protect sperm. Having sufficient zinc will help to increase sperm count and sperm motility

During Pregnancy
