Safe to Eat Blackberry

Is it safe to eat Blackberry during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

Trying to conceive

Women needs to be very mindful about what they eat while trying to conceive. This is because what they eat will affect chance of conception and women needs to make sure their bodies are in good form so that the fetus can grow healthily inside her body.
