Safe to Eat Lamb

Is it safe to eat Lamb during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

Trying to conceive

It is safe to eat lamb while you are trying to conceive.


First, lamb is rich in zinc which can increase sperm count and sperm quality.

During Pregnancy
