Safe to Eat Mango

Is it safe to eat Mango during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

Trying to conceive

Mango is good for couples who are trying to conceive.

Mango is rich in zinc which improves male's fertility by increasing sperm counts and sperm motility. Higher sperm counts and motility can lead to higher chance of conception.

Furthermore, mango is rich in vitamin C which can boost immune system and fight against free radicals.

Lastly, vitamin A in mango is beneficial for couples as it also helps in fertility.

During Pregnancy

It is safe for pregnant women to have mango during pregnancy.
