Safe to Eat Peach

Is it safe to eat Peach during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

Trying to conceive

Peach is very nutritious and it is suitable for couples to eat in moderation while trying to conceive.

Peach is full of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, vitamin C, E and K as well minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc. This is beneficial for both men and women who are trying to conceive.

However, peach can cause inner heat in the body and therefore couples should not eat too many peaches in a day.

During Pregnancy

Peach is very nutritious, but pregnant women must not eat in excess.

Peach is full of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, vitamin C, E and K as well minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc.
