Safe to Eat Peanut

Is it safe to eat Peanut during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

Trying to conceive

It is safe to eat peanut while couples are trying to conceive.

Peanut is rich in folic acid which can help to prevent birth defects in newbornS.

During Pregnancy

Unless you are allergic to peanut, It is safe to eat moderate amount of peanut during pregnancy.
