Safe to Eat Pomelo

Is it safe to eat Pomelo during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

Trying to conceive

It is safe to have pomelo while couples are trying to conceive. Pomelo boosts the immune system, improves digestion, lowers blood pressure, reduces cramping, prevents anemia, boosts bone strength, reduces signs of premature aging, prevents cancer, protects heart health, aids in weight loss.
