Safe to Eat Walnut

Is it safe to eat Walnut during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

Trying to conceive

It is beneficial to eat walnut while couples are trying to conceive.


Walnut is rich in omega-3 fatty acids which are critical for the sperm maturation. Having sufficient omega-3 fatty acid can help to increase sperm count which can increase chance of conception.


In many studies, walnut is shown to increase sperm count, increase sperm vitality and motility. All these are important for successful conception.


During Pregnancy
