Baby Beef Stew

Ingredients:

1. Half a cup of cubed cooked bee.

2. One Potato

3. 1/4 cup fresh or frozen peas

4. One carrot

5. One stalk of celery

6. 1/4 cup uncooked pasta

7. Four cups of water. 

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Wash, peel and chop potato. 

2. Wash, peel and chop carrots

3. Wash other vegetables and chop them. 

4. Simmer the veggies for 20 minutes or until it becomes softened

5. Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes longer or until very soft. Drain but save the water.

6. Mash or puree the mix until it is of a consistency adequate for your baby.

Remarks of Baby Beefy Stew:
